Filler Words… 🚀

How you want to be perceived:

✅ Competent

✅ Credible

✅ Professional

✅ Knowledgeable

✅ Confident

But if you have lots of hesitant, unnecessary filler words … chances are you’ll be perceived as:

❌ Incompetent

❌ Untrustworthy

❌ Unprofessional

❌ Amateur

❌ Insecure

In My Experience:

It's easy for me to share this vocal coaching tip about filler words with people. However, recognizing and fixing this issue can be challenging on your own.

The Experiment:

Listen to yourself in a recorded video, podcast, etc. As you listen, make a mark each time you use a filler word (ah, um, so, kinda, like, ya know, etc.) and count them up. You'll be amazed...
