My Why Is Transformation

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🎉

𝐹𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑣𝑖𝑏𝑒𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝐶𝑜𝑎𝑐ℎ 𝑃𝑎𝑢𝑙 🎙️

𝐌𝐲 ‘𝐰𝐡𝐲’ 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

To me, continuous transformation is the 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.

Because, nothing ever stays the same. For instance, time is never stagnant. While we want to live in the moment, the truth is the “moment” is ever changing. Leaving the “present” always fleeting.

So, we must learn to live in the ever-transforming moment. The “moment” that always leads to the next, and the next and the next.

Some use the picture of “the river of life”. A river is always moving; whether the current be slow or fast, the river’s waters are always moving.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭.

For me, this continuous transformation fulfills itself in three main areas: 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭. A common breakdown we’re all familiar with.

For the 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, I want to always be in motion. Walking daily. Standing often as “sitting is the new smoking”. Pull ups. Push ups. Little things all throughout the day to constantly be moving. Without forgetting the sense of “the moment” or “the present”, and taking time in that motion to, occasionally, let the body be still.

For the 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝? It’s continuous learning. New books always. New areas of study regularly flooding my thoughts and changing my thought patterns. Deep connections with others leading to deep conversations where iron sharpens iron. Learning to stand for what’s important, and how to do so in a way that’s appropriate to the ever changing circumstances. While, like the body, also taking time to, occasionally, let the mind be still. That’s continuous transformation to me for my mind.

As for the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭? It’s nothing more, nothing less, than the continuous transformation into the image of Christ, the one who's calling card is the empty tomb. There is no end to the breadth and length and height and depth of Christ’s teachings. In his words, to me, lie the sublime truths not meant only for this world, but for the world to which I will eventually come. The world to which my journey inevitably leads. The world where I will be, truly, finally, judged. A world for which, my entrance is assured by nothing but His astounding grace. A grace that brings a steady-state of stillness to my spirit.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Amidst this swirling tempest of transformation, my 'why', I offer you a steady hand: 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 which is with you everywhere. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 which is a powerful tool that accompanies you throughout your entire journey. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 which connects you with the world around you.

Simply put, my purpose is to help you in your transformation, using 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 as a catalyst.

Whatever keeps your body in motion, your mind continuously learning, your spirit soaring, my goal is for you to embrace continuous transformation in all aspects of life, empowered by your ability through 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 to effectively communicate your true self to the waiting world.
